"My husband and I had a great experience putting our two mini Aussies through two weeks of boarding & training! Jim and staff were awesome to work with & sent us cute photos & video of our dogs during a training session. Our older dog had previously been through a different board & train program at another facility when she was a little younger, but the results & follow-up were definitely not the same as with Hoffman Haus! Jim spent about an hour with us at pick-up going over everything the pups learned and how to continue training at home! We also had them bathed & groomed while they were there and the groomers did an amazing job! We are very excited to continue their training at home and will definitely keep Hoffman Haus on speed dial for future boarding and follow-up training! (Especially for our youngest, who made a lot of progress, but is young, full of energy, & probably going to be a work in progress for a while! 😅)"

"I’ve been bringing my husky girl here since the first part of October, and she has been loving it! If you know, you know! The Haus sends frequent photo updates so I can see that she is well taken care of. I think she loves her space because she can be inside or outside at any given time. When she’s there, she eats the food that they provide. I always had a hard time getting her to eat her food at home, but now, there is no issue at all since going to the Haus. That was probably the biggest change that I’ve seen. Being a husky, she is a big shedder, but after her last grooming, I don’t have to sweep after her as often. It’s wonderful! I’m so glad that I found Hoffman Haus because she gets a little vacation herself when we have to go out of town ourselves."

"I can’t begin to express how amazing this place and these people are, truly. We picked up our dogs today after 6 months of boarding due to a house fire. We didn’t expect it to be as long as it was, but we faced several challenging delays getting our house renovated, and each time, Hoffman Haus was understanding, empathetic, and went above and beyond to accommodate our babies. We also have unique needs dogs, and again, everyone went above and beyond to take care of them. We have a dog with social anxiety, a bonded set of brothers, and a pup in the process of training as a medical alert service dog. Our bonded boys got to stay together, our anxious dog got lots of patient support (and he’s come SO far with their help!), and our service-dog-to-be was able to do Board and Train with Preston and Jim, which will give her a huge advantage in starting her medical alert training. They also made sure everyone got time around each other on the playgrounds, which was instrumental in reintegrating the pack back into the house. It’s been a difficult journey for our family the last 6 months, but one thing we never had to worry about was if our babies were okay. We knew they were safe, happy, and loved at Hoffman Haus. I can’t say enough good things about this business and the people on its team. Kaitlin, Andrea, Preston, Jenna, Jim, Ann… everyone is wonderful. I can’t thank them all enough for everything they’ve done for our furbabies and family!"

"Our 5 year old American Bully Peedee just finished the 4 week board and train program and it was everything we could have asked for! Jim did a great job working with our stubborn boy and we can see such a huge difference in his behavior already. We received weekly updates with pictures and videos so we could follow along with his progress which was so comforting. Everyone at Hoffman Haus was so kind and helpful and we could tell Peedee had a great time with all of them! We look forward to going back on Saturdays to continue with Peedee’s (and our) training and to using them whenever we need boarding. So glad we chose Hoffman Haus and Jim to train our big guy!"

"Excellent place for our 7 months old puppy! The establishment is very clean, I was able to tour the facility and see how nice everything is. There are huge play areas where the staff provides 1:1 play time to the dogs. I LOVE that pictures and videos are uploaded to the online profile. These pictures look adorable and look so professional❤️ the staff is very kind, caring and attentive. I think this is the best place in town. Thanks for watching over my little Biscuit 🐶🐾"

"I always have an amazing experience at Hoffman Haus Pet Resort! They truly care about our furry friends. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes sure to keep me updated with pictures during my dog's stay. The facility is clean, spacious, and has lots of fun activities to keep the dogs entertained. My pup LOVES peanut butter Kongs and they provide lots of great options in the treat category. My dog comes home happy and healthy, and I could tell he always has a great time. It’s always a little nerve wracking leaving your babies behind but, I highly recommend Hoffman Haus for anyone looking for a reliable and loving place for our furry friends!"

"Almost a year now since my new puppy started going to daycare at HH, and once for a two-week stay - we’ve had nothing but great experiences. I credit the hardworking people there for helping me to raise this amazing little guy. Jenna and Kalee are always so genuinely happy to see us both and Benji can’t wait to go with them. Even after his extended stay, he couldn’t wait to go back two days later! I have total peace of mind knowing he’s safe and happy all day, and nice and tired by the end of it. My brother started taking his dogs there more than twenty five years ago and we feel the new owners have only made it better. They stay so busy but always have time for us. It’s also great having grooming available if needed, especially appreciate the regular nail trims being so affordable. The lobby is always so clean and odor-free with a great variety of treats etc, that are better quality and cheaper than any pet store! Thank you all for everything ~ 5+++ stars!"

"If I could give more than 5 stars- I would! We were at our wits end with our 5-month old Vizsla, Roscoe, and turned to Jim, Preston, and all the other amazing people at Hoffman Haus for help. Roscoe is a great dog with a goofy personailty, but we had lost all control. Roscoe ruled our house. We were looking for someone to train our puppy and what we got was so much more! After Jim took the time to walk us through what to expect, how training works, and answered my zillion and 1 questions- we handed Roscoe over to Preston for a 30 day board and train. Yes, of course it was hard to do, but i knew we and Roscoe needed help. What I found out in those 30 days is that to Preston and everyone else at Hoffman Haus, Roscoe was not just another dog to train, but a part of their "family" while he was staying there. Preston was absolutely amazing. He kept us updated with pictures and videos of Roscoe's training and adventures. He was always available for a quick text question or a much longer chat. Throughout the time Roscoe was there, I knew - and could see- he was learning proper dog behavior while getting the love and attention he needed. And the pictures-- I've posted some here from the numerous ones we were sent throughout Roscoe's stay. When we picked Roscoe up after the 30 days, we worked with both Jim and Preston and started our "training" so we could keep up everything they and Roscoe worked so hard on together to achieve. We have a well-behaved, "good boy" with his goofy personality still intact! Preston worked on changing our dog's beahvior-not his personality! Now that Roscoe has come home, it is our turn to keeping up the work he learned with Preston. But we won't be doing it alone! Between being able to text Preston with any questions and coming to follow-up training classes to make sure we have everything down, we and Roscoe are set up for success. And I know Roscoe will love coming back to see his "second family" when we do. If you are considering any type of board and train, I cannot stress enough that Preston, Jim, and everyone else at the Hoffman House will take care of your dog as if it was their own dog, work with them to make sure they have a solid foundation in all the fundamentals, and then help train YOU to be the "pack leader" your dog deserves. After these past 30 days, there is no one I would trust with my dogs as much as I do Preston and all the amazing people at the Hoffman Haus."

"My first experience with Hoffman Haus was in November 2023 when they were able to work my dog in for emergency boarding during a family emergency. Since then Weller has been several times for boarding with his most recent stay being two weeks while I was traveling abroad. The staff sent me daily pictures and updates of how he was doing. Weller is always happy to arrive at Hoffman Haus! I never worry when he is there because I know he is getting the best care. I can’t say enough nice things about their facility and staff. I appreciate your top notch care for my best boy!"
