Great place - friendly staff, good facilities. My dog is not very friendly and I was nervous about boarding him ..... but he had a wonderful time! Particularly the exercise option. Loved getting pictures of him - put my mind at rest. Would definitely recommend - my "go to" place when I need to leave Gus Gus if I'm out of town!

Our 5 year old American Bully Peedee just finished the 4 week board and train program and it was everything we could have asked for! Jim did a great job working with our stubborn boy and we can see such a huge difference in his behavior already. We received weekly updates with pictures and videos so we could follow along with his progress which was so comforting. Everyone at Hoffman Haus was so kind and helpful and we could tell Peedee had a great time with all of them! We look forward to going back on Saturdays to continue with Peedee’s (and our) training and to using them whenever we need boarding. So glad we chose Hoffman Haus and Jim to train our big guy!

5 star spa resort to to board your best friend as they are treated so well by the very kind staff. Price is great for the care your pet receives. Also, couldn't be happier with the fact you can call during the day for an update and they are so nice about keeping your mind at ease. Highly recommend!

Super satisfied with service at Hoffman Haus. My dog was previously anxious at drop off and came home and consumed large amounts of water/food but is no longer anxious and hungry/thirsty upon pick up. Location very convenient to Winterville/Greenville.

We love Hoffman- Haus! We know our dog is in great hand’s whenever we leave him there for boarding! The staff are so friendly and efficient! You never have to wait long to drop off or pick up! We definitely recommend Hoffman-Haus

The employees are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions. I love the set up of the outdoor areas and the scenery around it. Grooming services are reasonably priced. My dog can be a challenge when groomed, but they have never complained and are are willing to go the extra mile to get it done!

I have two dogs. A beagle and a boxer. They absolutely love it at the Hoffman Haus. To keep it simple for them I ask if they are ready to go to the Play Haus and they trample me trying to get to the door. They're happy and so am I. I highly recommend this facility.
